Blockage not dealt with

See ENQ20883022. I don't think you appreciate the problem. The bottom end of Aysgarth (The Garth End) was flooding well after Yarnton had cleared. As no one would help us we had to pump it into the The Garth where it flowed away. This is why I reported blockage in the drain from Aysgarth to The Garth. We were doing this still at 1am on 24th December when the rest of Yarnton were all tucked in bed. Please deal with this as a matter of urgency as you regular maintenance is appreciated but will not deal with this problem.

Any news when this is going to be looked at or even dealt with, especially as there are flood warnings again for Wednesday and Thursday. Lets hope we don't flood again due to the blockage in the pipes.
