First sorry for quality of pictures , cheap phone. The street light did work for the first 3-4 years then they stopped I have brought the problem up with the housing association with no real joy except the promise that they would get on the case, so I am now putting it firmly in your court. Yours patiently

The street light number is 4 in The Wharf about half way down on the left hand side. Thank
