Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Monday December 21st, Moors Close, Water continues to flow on to path/drive approaching house, no. 14. Problem began after work carried out by Gigaclear; a previous matter was raised and then closed as per report provided below and after visit and work carried out by OPC last week. Reference is made in that report to a job raised to repair pipe that was damaged. Is this the cause of the continuing problem and when will it be repaired? We have concerns that there is risk of further water flooding properties over Christmas period and need more detail on how this will be mitigated and resolved. Please note also that part of roadside from road on to drive of 14 Moors Close has not been made good following Gigaclear excavation work - repair is needed to that too. 'Thank you for reporting this issue. The gully issue/blockage have been cleared and a job has been raised to repair the damage pipe that was found. State changed to: Investigation complete.' Please reopen and update this issue. Can sandbags be provided in case of need?
