Massive puddles , road safety risk

These reoccur every time it rains, you recently deemed it not a safety risk, however i disagree, it is a route for many school children who ride there bikes , these puddles cause them or other vehicles to swerve, often missing parked cars by a fraction i,i don't understand your attitude of no health and safety concern, perhaps i should remind you that water freezes and turns these into extremely dangerous large patches of ice on the corner of a main road. Perhaps you could send somebody to properly asses the situation
