The footpath on Cogges Hill Road is obstructed by a hedge

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
The footpath in Cogges Hill Road, near its junction with Stanton Harcourt Road, is seriously obstructed by overgrown hedging. This has resulted in its usable width being reduced to less than half, forcing pedestrians into the road to pass one another. Whilst I believe the hedge is not the council's responsibility, it surely must be the council's responsibility to ensure that footpaths don't become dangerous to negotiate.
