Curbridge Rd. Verge/Path/Bus Stop

Can you please clarify whether the highway boundary here is where the garden hedges, gates, fences & walls currently are (ie. the yellow line on the satellite picture), or is it where it is shown on my old OS map (ie. the blue line)? If it is the latter, please can you return the highway verge to public amenity?
Would it then also be possible to provide a bus stop & lay-by here? There have been several large developer contributions made to the public transport budget as a result of the developments further up Curbridge Rd & these could surely be legitimately allocated to improving the same bus routes here too.
Presently, the busses stop on the Curbridge Rd nearly opposite the Mirfield Rd. turn - as can be seen in the second picture, which shows how wide the verge used to be. At peak times - when the school drop-off/pick-up takes place, there are many cars parked on the road & negotiating this junction can be nigh on impossible & very dangerous if a bus is setting down & blocking one lane.
If it is not possible to provide a lay-by, could you please look at improving the footway on this side of Curbridge Rd. - it is very shoddy & quite narrow in places, with several areas breaking up. Maybe a bus shelter too?
Thankyou.
