There were roadworks undertaken on High Street roughly 3 to 4 years ago. The road sunk after those road works were completed causing a dip in the road so all the rain water flows into that one drain. It has become blocked and now creates a large puddle at the side the road in the dip that can at times span over 30 strides. When cars drive throw they splash our fence and car with filthy water. The blockage of the drain/drains is probably caused from the falling pine needles from the trees across the road. It requires regularly clearing these pines from our side of the road when they fall to avoid even more water build up and the pines being washed further down the road to avoid potentially blocking other drains.
