If the unit is not on the map this would not be owned/maintained by Oxfordshire County Council and would need to be reported to the developer/landowner direct. Unfortunately we do not keep records of private lights.

Oxforshire County Council are responsible for this light issue as they are the Landowner/Leaseholder and St Helens Mews is a Public Highway, thus it is their responsibility to maintain this light. They have always been responsible and have maintained it in the past!

It is AB09, this is a wall mounted round light in the entrance to St Helen Mews, at West St Helen ST side of the Mews. This is simple to find as it is the only light in the entrance to the Mews and you can clearly see the LED lamp is blown. Just follow the instructions above as they are clear and explicit, if you still cannot follow simple instructions, knock on my door at number 8 and I will lead you there!!!

This is crazy that it is taking soo long to sort this issue out, which will take 5 minutes to replace a LED lamp! My explanation of the location of the light is so simple, if you are having difficulty finding the light with my explanation then visit me at number 8 st Helens mews and I will get my White Stick out, and lead you to the light!!!!
