Street light number 28 still not working

Street light number 28 is still not working I reported this a few weeks back and you have said it has been fixed on this site but I walked past it the other night and it's still not working

Ref:00380243 Thank you for your report, this has been logged on our management system for repair, our contractors will aim to have this repaired within 7 working days. If it is found to be a supply fault this will be passed to the local DNO operator to attend.
