I am the owner of the property at Windrush, Elizabeth Road, Henley-on-Thames, Oxon, RG9 1RJ and acknowledge receipt of the Highways Inspection - Contravention of Highways Act 1980 notice dated 16 Nov 2020. This concerns an overgrown hedge, which despite the work I have carried out, needs further cutback. Your notice states that you plan to inspect the site again on or after Dec 14. Please note that I have found a contractor who will undertake this work but the contractor cannot do so until early January. I appreciate your patience and forbearance in the meantime.
