Unexpected road narrowing at new development entrance could be a hazard.

This was reported previously (report no ....oxfordshire.gov.uk/report/2169586). The road still narrows at the new development entrance, it has been made less bad, but still the new kerb line surrupticiously narrows the road by 0.4m (3.2m down to 2.8m). This is quite a busy cycle commuter route, and cycle users will this unexpectedly need to move into the path of vehicles approaching from behind. If it was a really wide road, perhaps not a problem, but on a road of this width, could give rise to very close vehicle passes of cyclists, or worse. The road south of the development has a 2.9m width (south bound), so a little narrowing is required. If the narrowing occured from one side of the development entrance to the other, the give way lines would give a longer/more visible narrowing cue than what is there now.
