Trees have grown up and are now shading allotments

Some of the trees in the southeast corner of the Jubilee site on Faringdon Road have grown over the years so as to shade the plots. They appear to be outside of the land of No 9 Heigham Court, SN7 8FE, to the south. The coordinates of where I was standing closest to the trees are 51 38’ 17.208 N and 1 30’ 48.408 W

  • Thank you for your enquiry. This issue doesn't currently meet intervention criteria. Though in this instance we would advise to raise this enquiry again in the next growing season (in leaf) to help us further ascertain the level of shading/encroachment.
