Gullies Blocked by Leaves & Sludge

My 15 other posts on this same subject over 26 months refers. Kindly refere to these images of the two gullies outside my house fully blocked by leaves and sludge. I have cleared them out by hand today. For the record I have never seen an OCC road sweeper clearing leaves from the road gutters in the last 2 years. Kindly action the cutting of road gutters at either end of the speed bump, which is obstructing/stopping the natural flow of stormwater along the road, which is sloping downwards anyway towards the Wheatley road. It is time for OCC action now without further delay. Refer to next 3 images in my next post (17th)
