Water gathering on the roadside and likely to flood into my house within 24 hours... Thames water say it’s highways

Last year my hallways flooded with the same issue... I can’t find a drain but I’ve cleared all the leaves. It may be that the curb side has been damaged by heavy vehicles coming through the village. I’m very concerned about a possible flood when I’m not here

  • Thank you for reporting this issue. We drainage crew checking this location and there is no drain in area where water gathers. Our contractor checked gullies around this area to make sure they are clear. Unfortunately this road is not highway maintained.
