The section of the B4016 that connects into the A4130 northern perimeter road has been very muddy for weeks. Two photos taken outside 184 Abingdon Rd OX11 9BP attached. The pavement isn't worthy of the name - too muddy to walk in ordinary shoes. Could it be cleared please? Thank you.
