Hump is far too steep, if you hit it at anything over 10mph it scrapes and damages the car

Thank you for reporting this, we will pass on your comments to the developer, Cala Homes.
Our Site Inspector and approving Engineer have visited here and checked the works completed by the developer. We have asked them to investigate the ponding issue and to check that the height of the ramps are correct, as per the approved plans. We have also requested that they arrange for a Road Safety Audit Stage 3 to be completed as a matter of urgency.

Another customer has just contacted about this too. Can someone please look into this when possible. Causing a danger, especially at night.
