Received an update on 30/11/20 that this pbkt had been fixed, it is still out of light. The lantern red burns for a couple of minutes before going out, this would suggest the ignitor kicks in but the ballast is faulty and therefore would not be identified under cover test. Can I request that the control gear be changed or a new ASD 16 LED mini lantern or equivalent be installed.

Many thanks
