Been like this for months, serious risk to public, especially those with poor sight.

  • This report is not the responsibility of Oxfordshire County Council. It is a thames water manhole cover and theycare responsible for their own apparatus. Please report to them if any future issues arise. I have visited site and it is repaired well.
