Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

4th time reporting. Please chase up BT/Utilities and find out the exact date they plan to carry out the work as this is getting much worse. Marking were made on the covers around few weeks ago so surely they can tell you the date. This is urgent. Thank you
