Excessive leaves and debris below a tree plus the tree needs cutting back - Branches are growing over the road and between the lamp post light. This will become dangerous if the tree is allowed to grow anymore. Halfway down Bursill Close, Sandhills, on the right-hand side, coming in from Hosker Close. This has always been an issue, when I reported the issue before some work was done, but it looked hardly touched.
