Temporary traffic lights issue

Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The temporary traffic light controlled system outside Bishop Loveday school seem to be out of sync. Everyday for the last week we’ve had cars driving passed while the green man is flashing. So either cars are running the red, or the system is out of sync. Either way, it’s a dangerous situation.
