Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and West Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later
There is a footpath that goes along Woodlands Road and there are railing there too. People are using the footpaths with their horses, are they allowed to do this.

Sounds like the places where cyclists are racing down footpaths, forcing pedestrians to jump out of the way or get hit. Despite reports and pleas, the authorities are doing nothing: 'cos "cycling" is trendy, and walking to work, to shop, ... apparently isn't.
