People are using the footpaths with their horses

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and West Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

There is a footpath that goes along Woodlands Road and there are railing there too. People are using the footpaths with their horses, are they allowed to do this.

  • Sounds like the places where cyclists are racing down footpaths, forcing pedestrians to jump out of the way or get hit. Despite reports and pleas, the authorities are doing nothing: 'cos "cycling" is trendy, and walking to work, to shop, ... apparently isn't.
