There is a "No Access For Construction Traffic" sign and broken sand bag underneath it which has been on the street for many weeks, so appears to have been abandoned / forgotten. It's been placed on Beargarden Road, directly opposite Crouch Street

The sign has fallen over on a couple of occasions and so is a potential hazard to pedestrians and traffic. It's also unsightly.
