Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Very deep hole, against the kerbstone. To the right of the telegraph pole, near brick wall between 34 and 36 Coverley road, opposite number 29, hopefully not becoming a sink hole. Where the tarmac does not go up to the kerbstone.
