Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

As you come into the close there are 3 blocked drains, been going on for about 5 years so just getting worse. when it rains and floods it makes the houses down the road damp. also worried as its getting colder is the water ends up freezing it can be dangerous for the residents down the close.
