Dangerous Over hanging hedging and branches

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

To use this part of the B480 you have to drive over the middle white lines of the road, taking up some of the on coming traffick right of way , as I found out last night. I was driving down this part of the road and another vehicle was driving on the other towards me, I slowed down and moved closer the my left, as doing so I hit one of the branches from the very over over grown hedge row with my near side mirror, the mirror then smashed in the the left side window smashing that. I'm not happy at all ! From the end of the Chalgrove bypass to to beginning of Wallington the hedge rows are incredibly over grown. A friend of mine works for Oxford bus company and he informed me about the condition of the very expensive busses on that route and the amount of smashed window they're paying to be fixed.
