Leaves blocking storm drains

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This storm drain and the next one after it, which were recently unblocked by the council following an associated domestic flood, are rapidly becoming clogged up again with leaves and surface debris from the Fenway which has not been swept. Would it be possible to arrange this please, to avoid the drains becoming reblocked?
