Protruding Lelandii hedge (beyond property boundary?) blocks view of vehicles emerging from North Avenue

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

A slight curve in Oxford Rd is blocked by the hedge so causing oncoming cars to disappear for a few seconds. Very dangerous for pedestrians and vehicles emerging/crossing from North Avenue.
