20MPH sign is not at a vis

The Right hand side of the 20MPH gate is not visible from the road because it has been turned at an angle possible due to a collision. It has also been defaced. therefore is illegible at a distance even if it was pointing the correct way.

To the best of my knowledge this makes it impossible to enforce speed restrictions on Hollow Way where there is a great deal of dangerous speeding.
