Parish Council staff have been trying to help clear drains to reduce flooding issues and have found a drain blocked with a set of drain rods, which is causing waste to accumulate in drain pit.

  • Thank you for your report. This looks like an old brick built gully that has either drainage rods or a cable running through it. We will add to OPC’s list to investigate. The gully may need to be replaced to resolve the issue. Regards
