Please could we have some double yellow lines on this tight bend.

Where Fox Crescent meets Chatham Road there is quite a tight bend. There are usually cars parked right up to and often even around the junction.
As a cyclist going from Fox Crescent to Chatham Road, there is dangerously little visibility of what is coming down Chatham Road because of cars/vans parked across this junction. They park so close that it's even hard to see down Fox Crescent when coming from Chatham Road on the opposite side of the road.
This route is used a lot by children from New Hinksey going to school in East Oxford, and the visibility problems are obviously even worse for anyone short enough not to be able to see over any of the cars.
Please could we have double yellow lines next to the cycle cut through on Fox Crescent, and on the part of Chatham Road near the junction.
