Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

I agree the ramp has been changed/added which is a good thing as the traffic speeding through the area especially at night is a concern so any road calming measures are welcome but it is not signposted well, not light well and hardly any road markings so its not very visible and I think is actually causing damage to cars and potential accident causing. The other issue with the ramp is the noise, vehicles don't see it in enough time to slow time so hit it at speed causing a loud dud, we live in the CALA development and since its install thats all you can hear all night looooonnnnggggg!!! Dud Dud Dud ever vehicle that hits it at speed. Needs re-looking at quickly to rectify the issues.

  • Thank you for reporting this, we will pass on your comments to the developer, Cala Homes.

    Our Site Inspector did visit here last week and checked the works completed by the developer. We have asked them to investigate the ponding issue and to check that the height of the ramps are correct, as per the approved plans. We have also requested that they arrange for a Road Safety Audit Stage 3 to be completed as a matter of urgency.
