Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

I'm not sure if these lights have come unfastened or were just put up very low-hanging? The set of lights comprises long strings of lights which are very pretty but are not going to last until Christmas. I'm 180cm tall and I can almost reach them. Should the pubs ever re-open, these will almost definitely be pulled down. I'd hate to see that happen
