Outside 124 Bloxham Road Banbury OX16 9LG

Reported via desktop in the Pavements category anonymously at 13:47, Thu 19 November 2020

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

I recently tripped and fell on the public footpath outside 124 Bloxham Road. I reported the poor condition of the pavement to Cherwell Council as the footpath is used by older folk with disability scooters, mums and dads with pushchairs and walkers especially since Covid began. It is impossible for wheeled chairs, scooters or pushchairs to negotiate the pavement without stepping into the road and it is dangerous for the many older people including myself who walk along this path, particularly in dark or wet conditions. Cherwell have now advised me that this area is actually under your responsibility. I would be grateful if you could please level and repair the pavement to a safe condition to avoid injury for others.
