  • Watchfield High Street - Street lights not working. The broken lights and darkened street at night time - this has been reported as Oxfordshire Highways (OH) stickers are attached to the lights. However, these are no longer owned by OH but privately owned. If you know who owns them, please can you help in getting them fixed?
