Diversion sign frame left behind by contractors.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Roadworks (on The Moors) finished a couple of weeks ago. Other signs have been removed, This one was probably missed as the yellow DIVERSION board is missing. The frame that held the board has been left behind, leaning on a lamp-post.
