Various unfinished roadworks which is dangerous particularly for cyclists.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Dangerous for cyclists in particular and these fails/dangers can't be seen easily in the dark - there is a large pothole and other untarmaced / unfinished works across the width of the carriageway. There is gravel on the road from unfinished work.
