The "no right turn" sign has got turned round to face the wrong way

The 'no right turn' traffic sign outside St Thomas More Church (142 Oxford Road, Kidlington) has got turned round to face he wrong way. The purpose of the sign was to prevent southbound traffic from entering the service road, but it can't now be seen by southbound traffic. There is also a yellow 'Cala Homes Kingsmere' sign on the same post - this is unofficial I think and perhaps ought to be removed at same time, thanks?
