Footpath floods in rain

Footpath floods in rain This is the much used footpath on Alexander Close leading to Oxford Road, between Nos. 53 and 54. This has been a long-standing problem when it rains. This photo was taken on 15 November 2020 after rain. After heavy or prolonged rain, it doesn't take long to flood across the whole pathway. You can see from the photo how little room there is already. The footpath is narrow so you cannot step across it. It's impossible to jump across and there are no 'islands' to step across. People have to try and squeeze into the bushes either side or get wet shoes/feet. I reported this first in May 2018 but it has not been fixed. Alerted to a technical error by an email on 5 Nov 20, which considered it fixed, but it still isn't.
