Water pouring across the road in mill street.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later

Water has been pouring across the road at the top of mill street for months. If this freezes overnight it will become incredibly dangerous, as it is on a steep hill. This has been reported before but no action has been taken. In winter this is a urgent issue to sort before there is an accident
