Road surface covers mains water isolation valve to house.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Mains water isolation valve now not accessible, covered by road surface. This prevents water supply being shut off in case of emergency and puts house at risk of flooding. Isolation valve was located under small access flap on edge of road. Access to this is essential in an emergency and to carry out maintenance work on the supply to the property. Please respond. Thanks
