Hi, I am having an issue with cars constantly parking across the dropped kerb of my drive. I am aware this is in breach with traffic management act 2004 and most importantly a health and safety issue. I believe a risk assessment needs to be completed ASAP before an accident happens.

Thank you for your report. We can not enforce anything. Due to the nature of this issue we would recommend that you apply for an Access Protection mark. Unfortunately this would cost yourself £128 and has no legal implication. However, It lets inconsiderate drivers know that they shouldn't park there and are usually very effective. I have attached the link to this response. (https://www.oxfordshire.gov.uk/ residents/ roads-and-transport/ street-maintenance-z/ private-access-markings)
