Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
No lighting, so underpass is dark at night
Asset ID: 092144
Column number: CCTV
Thank you for your report, to enable us to log the fault to the correct unit can you please advise using the attached map the street light number you are referring to. If the unit is not on the map this would not be owned/maintained by Oxfordshire County Council and would need to be reported to the developer/landowner direct. Unfortunately we do not keep records of private lights.

The lights are not lamp stand lights, but highway authority lights WITH IN the underpass. It might be a timing issue, often when I go through 2 out of the 3 subway lights are on, and 1 off. Which ones that are on/off seems to vary with the time of day I go through. A vague memory the lights in the subway leading to Hayford Hill can be on during day light at about 8am, with the others off (which is OK as it is day light). At say 6 - 7pm the subway leading to Hayford Hill will have the lights off (despite it being dark), and the other 2 subways lights being on. I reported it about 2 years(?) ago, but it did not get resolved.
