Thornley Close street lamp 4 off again

Hello Maintenance. I've received an update that reported problem of lamp being off has been fixed. Lamps were working for 3 nights. Now since Friday same lamps on Thornley Close are off again which makes whole street really dark. Could you please investigate and fix it properly.
