Hello. I live on the The Court estate and represent the 16 residents as the Chairman of ‘The Court Management Company’. I have been requested to report the state of the area of the path running on the Court side of Fieldside. This area is used as a footpath and carparking and appears to be neglected and overlooked when any work is carried out in our area. This has been the case for many years. All of ten footpaths have been resurfaced and generally maintained by weeding and replacing the road signs. It appears that this area has been frequently overlooked and has become dangerous. The residents are very proud of the private internal areas within the estate but the outer area looks neglected and very poor. This area has been cleaned up a number of times over the years but we feel this should be brought o the Councils attention and looked after by them. I look forward to the results of your review.
