There is a significant dip in the roundabout as you arrive northbound from Drayton Road which has further sunk, and causing drivers to take immediate action to avoid to prevent harm to their vehicles, in part causing confusion in driving methods along this roadway to the dismay and concern of other road users. When turning left from northbound Drayton Road towards Mill Road, the dip is even more severe to drivers and vehicles and likely to cause suspension and tyre damage, which the Council may be liable for.
Ultimately, it seems the section of Drayton Road from this roundabout to the crossing traffic light to the north is in significant disrepair, where limited repairs have not solved the problems, which are now at a critical level.

Thank you for your enquiry. The road has been assessed and has been placed on the patching list for repairs. However, due to budget constraints the work will be carried out in the new financial year. In the interim period, the Highways Inspector will keep on top of the worst pf the potholes until such time that the patching can be carried out.
