Broken bollard on footpath

This bollard is at the Western end of the footpath beside the Banbury Rd, about 20 - 30 metres from the entrance to the gated road which leads to Fulwell Rd. It has been broken since at least last month.

  • At their January meeting the Parish Council discussed this issue and asked that it be pointed out that this broken bollard is a safety hazard. The path is not lit and the bollard itself could be a trip hazard while the large hole in the path surface could be very dangerous, especially as horses are ridden along this path. They would like this matter progressed with urgency.
