At their January meeting the Parish Council discussed this issue and asked that it be pointed out that this broken bollard is a safety hazard. The path is not lit and the bollard itself could be a trip hazard while the large hole in the path surface could be very dangerous, especially as horses are ridden along this path. They would like this matter progressed with urgency.
