Chevron signs fallen down

Bunkers Hill there have been a number of road traffic accidents this year as well as previous years. I noticed the other day that one of the black and white chevron signs that indicate there is a bend has fallen down. Are you able to access to get this fixed and also would it be possible to have a new sign that indicates for cars to slow down as there is a bend
