4 street lamps not working in a small area
Reported via desktop in the Street lighting category by Kevin Wallis at 13:43, Thu 5 November 2020
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
On Monday 2nd November at about 6:45pm I noticed that there were at least 4 street lamps not working within a small area near the roundabout at Southern Road / Moreton Lane Thame. 2 are in Southern Road (1 outside the taxi offices and 1 opposite the rear entrance to Sainsburys), 1 just off the roundabout next to the junction with Lincoln Place and 1 in Moreton Lane about 100 metres from the roundabout.

Thank you for your report, to enable us to log the fault to the correct unit can you please advise using the attached map the street light number you are referring to. If the unit is not on the map this would not be owned/maintained by Oxfordshire County Council and would need to be reported to the developer/landowner direct. Unfortunately we do not keep records of private lights.

The lamp in Moreton Lane appears to be number 1; the lamp at Lincoln Place (on the roundabout) is number 11; the lamps in Southern Road are numbers 16 and 17. I've tried to show all 4 on the map but I can't seem to do so.

Thank you for fixing some of the lamps on Moreton Lane. Unfortunately lamps number 2 and 9 are still not working. Additionally, the lamp to the north of the roundabout at Moreton Lane/Southern Road, on the corner of the Old Coach House building (with the white gable end) is also defective - I can’t see the number in that one.
